Senior Clinical Services Manager

Job Title
Provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy services to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-level clinical teams in evidence-based mental health service delivery with a focus on recovery
- Ensure the provision of timely and sound clinical decisions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Drive collaborative approaches to care with consumers, their families, and carers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups and promote high standards of clinical practice
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in the mental health field or a related area
- Current registration with the relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, or eligibility for membership of Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers
