Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to fill a Senior Physiotherapy Clinical Leadership role in our Brain Injury Unit at NSW Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and consultation services for clients based on service demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client care delivery and promote best practice within the service.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy practice in the region.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Extensive experience in rehabilitation with well-developed knowledge of brain injury services and ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills, including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to problem-solve and set priorities effectively.
