Senior Client Relationship Manager

People in Focus is a dynamic organization specializing in global logistics and customs services. We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Account Manager to enhance our client portfolio and contribute to our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships Manage purchase orders efficiently Conduct quotations and negotiate rates Update pricing structures (Autorating) Ensure timely documentation and compliance Facilitate customs clearance processes Oversee job registrations, pre-alerts, and underbond movements Monitor cargo status and transshipments Generate sea and air cargo reports Handle charge payments and organize EDOs Coordinate local and interstate transport logistics Finalize invoices for clients and international partners Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams
Qualifications:
Experience with Cargowise EDI is highly preferred Background in Import Sea Operations or Customer Service within the freight forwarding sector is advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent time management and attention to detail Creative problem-solving abilities
