Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pipeline of opportunities through our business acquisition process.
  • Develop and execute defence strategy and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage governance and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain career streams within the defence business.
  • Oversee the management of our salesforce pipeline and customer relationship management tool.
  • Provide market insights and support to business development colleagues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute growth strategy in Australia.
  • Participate in programme reviews to realise delivery performance.
  • Develop key relationships with industry and academia for bid expertise and potential teaming partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in defence BD, Capture Management and/or Programme Management.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain defence security clearance.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
