Job Title: Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to partner with key stakeholders, prioritise and execute business objectives against FY24 priorities.

This individual will collaborate with account executives and business units to review customer engagement programs, identify gaps in offerings and recommend solutions.

The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of expertise in go-to-market business, program governance, communication and relationship management.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales architecture and delivery teams to understand customer needs and success definition.
  • Solve customer business problems with existing programs and innovate new initiatives.
  • Drive individual customer engagements for specific programs, achieving customers' business outcomes.
  • Ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Work effectively in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
