About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Defence Strategist to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions that enhance Australia's Defence capabilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategy and management consulting, with experience in leading high-performing teams and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies to support Defence operations
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in strategy and management consulting, with a focus on Defence and technology
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Familiarity with Defence industry standards and regulations
