Overview

O'Connors in Forbes has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic sales professional to join our team.

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to work with us, developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising closely with customers, growing the local market share, demonstrating equipment, and promoting the premium Case IH brand of agricultural equipment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate about the agricultural industry and its farming practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Growing the local market share
  • Demonstrating equipment
  • Promoting the premium Case IH brand

The remuneration package includes:

  • Industry competitive base annual salary
  • Generous uncapped commission structure – including a guaranteed minimum amount
  • Fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and iPad

This is a full-time ongoing position based at our Forbes dealership.
