Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Agricultural Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, supporting our dealer network, and fostering growth across various business areas.
Your Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers through regular visits and communication.
- Provide technical sales support to dealers, ensuring their pipelines are up-to-date and accurate.
- Network and build industry relationships to boost our business brand and reputation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for your territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales plans for new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Meet revenue and profit targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce, Excel, and other company programs to manage sales data and performance.
- Identify and seize business opportunities in new and expanding parts of the business, driving growth and revenue.
We are looking for an individual with experience in agronomy or agriculture, who understands the intricacies of the agricultural sector. As a skilled problem solver and team player, you will be committed to achieving team objectives and driving business success.
- Motivated and persistent, with a love for challenges and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage accounts and develop business relationships.
- Willing to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays, to meet with customers and dealers.
- Skilled in value-added selling and making sound decisions for customer satisfaction.
- A formal education in agriculture is a plus, but not essential.
