Irrigation Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Sales Representative to join our team at Agricultural Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the agricultural and commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive lead generation and customer contact, including site visits as required
- Attend to branch customer and sales, service, and project enquiries
- Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other parties as necessary
- Adhere to and exceed budget and KPI expectations
Requirements:
- A successful track record in irrigation sales, new business development, or a similar agricultural field
- Project management skills and irrigation sales and design experience within the Tasmanian region (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for driving, delivering, and overachieving on new business sales targets
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and sound computer literacy
- A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the business
Remuneration and Location:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, but the target salary is within the range of $60k to $90k (some flexibility) plus superannuation and vehicle, plus an excellent bonus scheme. The role is located at Longford in the northern midlands of beautiful Tasmania.
