About the Role

Agricultural Appointments is seeking a highly motivated and recent university graduate with a background in agriculture to join our team as a Graduate Sales Nutritionist. As a Graduate Sales Nutritionist, you will assist the sales team, producers, and distributors with technical advice, product enquiries, and nutritional trouble-shooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on animal nutrition products and services.
  • Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of technical advice and support.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of animal nutrition products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer rapport and confidence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in the use of spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

Agricultural Appointments offers a competitive salary range of $55 - $85k base, depending on experience, plus 11.5% super and a car allowance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate to gain valuable experience and skills in the animal nutrition industry.
