Job Overview

The Order Fulfilment team ensures transparency and reliability of the order book by optimizing stock availability, executing timely allocations, and managing logistics planning.


This role involves maintaining and executing the order book to meet customer expectations, ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns and launches.


  • Maintain outbound lead times and calendars quarterly to ensure accurate delivery planning.
  • Allocate stock using SAP and other control systems, supporting both batch and ad hoc requests.

This position requires strong analytical and process-oriented skills, as well as excellent communication skills.



Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: University degree or equivalent qualification;
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in Supply Chain Management;Skillset: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI; Strong SAP expertise; Analytical and process-oriented mindset; Proactive, energetic, and collaborative communicator; Fluent in English (written & spoken);
