Fulfillment Team Member (PM) role involves efficiently selecting and packing grocery items for online orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Select and pack grocery items accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding order details and any special requests.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and expiration dates.
- Organise items for easy retrieval and packing.
- Utilise online shopping platform and inventory management systems.
Note: This role best suits a candidate who is comfortable with a physically demanding and repetitive job. The successful applicant will lift up to 20 kgs repetitively during shifts.
