Job Title: Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist

Our team is responsible for ensuring the transparency and reliability of our order book. We optimize stock availability, execute timely allocations, and manage logistics planning to deliver every order in full and on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • We maintain and execute the order book to meet customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
  • We oversee stock availability and fulfillment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing, and redating.
  • We monitor and maintain order book accuracy, coordinating closely with Sales Operations.
  • We set up and manage system rules for Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).
  • We track and prioritize seasonal orders with PSI and Inbound teams.
  • We lead Hard Launch processes, identifying and resolving supply chain constraints.
  • We optimize demand-supply balance to achieve financial and inventory targets.
  • We oversee virtual stock transfers, physical inventory movements, and SAP transactions.
  • We manage stock category movement to maximize sales opportunities.
  • We monitor and resolve QI/blocked stock issues.
  • We lead RFC updates, perform gap analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • We allocate stock using SAP and other control systems, supporting both batch and ad hoc requests.
  • We collaborate with channels to manage DN creation and execution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • We deliver local COTA/OTIF reporting, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvement actions.
  • We provide transparency on order book delivery projections.
  • We generate operational and ad hoc reports to support stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in Supply Chain Management.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Aptitudes: Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, proactive and collaborative communicator.
