  • Optimization of demand-supply balance to achieve financial targets.

RFC Management:

  • Leading RFC updates, performing gap analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Delivery Note (DN) Management:

  • Collaboration with channels to manage DN creation and execution, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Reporting:

  • Delivery of local OTIF reporting, root cause analysis, and driving improvement actions.
  • Providing transparency on order book delivery projections.
  • Generation of operational reports to support stakeholders.
