Job Description

Digital Product Design Specialist Role: We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to join our team as a Senior Digital Product Designer - User Experience Specialist. In this role, you will assist in designing B2B and B2C digital experiences, working closely with department heads, solution delivery, marketing, voice of customer and technical leads to lead UX design best practice.

  • Build deliverables that support UX research, UI design and user testing, including user journey maps, user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, usability reports.
  • Advocate for Human Centred Design methods to further a customer-centric culture.
  • Work closely with VoC (voice of customer) team to perform user studies and conduct concept and usability testing to understand the impact of design as we test with users, and constantly innovate to improve the customer's experience.
  • Participate in workshops and thought leadership activities across the company to help define user experience strategies and solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a Product designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficient in Figma using and supporting design systems.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Able to champion inclusivity, creating designs that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and demonstrating empathy for all users.
