About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our InfraCo team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across our business.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex projects and programmes, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and innovation
  • Analyse complex data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Coach and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation
