Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be the face of our club and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to the club, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. You will be the key point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our facilities and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask with ease.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and creating a positive experience for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about our facilities and services, including membership options and promotions.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including membership information and sales data.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a health and fitness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask with ease.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
