We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our Virtual Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and provide outstanding service to our banking customers
- Service and fulfill banking needs of customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- At least 12 months customer service experience (any industry)
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate numerous systems to support our customers
- Ability to adjust to a high-paced, KPI environment
- Full training provided from day one to ensure your success in the role
- Flexibility to work from home 2 days a week post-training
- Incremental salary increases will be applied as you progress through the training journey
