Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience at all times.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on club services and facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and membership targets, promoting our services and products to members and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal staff.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and public holidays, and be flexible with regards to working hours.
  • Working with Children Check and proof of right to work in Australia documentation required.
