About the Opportunity

At Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales representatives in delivering timely and accurate services to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and coordination of building plans interpretation
  • Partner with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment
About You
  • You have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the building industry
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • You are a self-starter, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • You are flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
