Job Summary:
As a strategic account manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitable growth and meet quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sales decisions
- Review and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategy
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership or account management with 3-5 years of experience in B2B environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks effectively
