Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Educator to work with children aged 5-12 years, delivering a variety of activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and engaging children in games and activities, developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, and working collaboratively with other Educators and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years.
  • Child Supervision: Supervise and engage children in games and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Educators and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player: A team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Certifications and Checks: Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children.
  • Australian Work Rights: Australian work rights.
