Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Officer/Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Park Manager and other colleagues to provide a seamless experience for our guests.

  • Provide outstanding face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service.
  • Support with administrative duties, including booking systems and computer skills.
  • Process cash and EFTPOS transactions efficiently.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and short notice periods.
  • Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a holiday park setting, particularly with RMS booking systems, is highly desirable.

You must have excellent customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, good computer skills, and experience with online reservation systems (RMS 9+).

Furthermore, we require First Aid Level 2 certification, which will be provided as part of your onboarding process. You must also hold Current CPR certification, which will be offered during training.

Additionally, you must undergo a National Police Check upon on-boarding and possess a Working with Children check.
