This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HR administrator, providing exceptional internal client service and assisting with employee processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR team with tasks including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, remuneration reviews, preparing HR documents, and reporting.
- Manage the inbox and respond to general queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and provide reports for the HR team when needed.
- Coordinate learning and development activity.
- Manage the intranet page and ensure all documents and policies are up to date.
- Assist with HR projects and other initiatives.
- A minimum of two years' experience in an HR administrative role, providing excellent client service and assisting with employee processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders.
- Experience with Excel and creating reports using information from HR and payroll systems. Familiarity with Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using and maintaining an online filing system.
- Exposure to using data to improve processes would be an advantage.
- A strong interest in Human Resources.
