Job Title: Administrative Service Professional

We are seeking an Administrative Service Professional to join our Plan Managers division. This is a hybrid position that requires three days a week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely for some of your working week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality operational and administrative services to clients and their employee plan participants. This includes generating and interpreting daily transactional reports, data entry, and preparation of share transfers and payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong PC skills, particularly with MS Office products, such as MS Excel. You should also be able to manage changing priorities, demonstrate strong time management skills, and possess a high level of initiative and flexibility.
