The successful Compensation Specialist will be responsible for administering accurate and timely payment to employees, managing the end-to-end compensation cycle, and ensuring compliance with relevant award and statutory requirements.
About This Position- Manage the full compensation cycle for over 100 employees.
- Import approved HR timesheets into the compensation system.
- Process higher duties, entitlements, and other payments.
- Complete all necessary compensation reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in compensation administration tasks.
- Maintain compliance with relevant award and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in an end-to-end compensation role.
- Experience with employment management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Award interpretation and compensation compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Professional and communicative approach.
- Temporary position with flexible hours.
- Initial on-site training, with a move to fully remote work once up and running.
