Insurance Support Specialist

This role provides an opportunity to join a national law firm with over 60 years of experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual to support our Public Liability Insurance team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day tasks such as file management, billing, and reporting.
- Assist solicitors in defendant insurance areas, including drafting correspondence and client liaison.
- Coordinate diaries, travel, and appointments for the team.
- A strong background in defendant insurance litigation is preferred but not necessary.
- You should have experience using precedent, billing, and file management software.
- You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
