Anglicare Sydney is a leading community organisation in Australia.
We are looking for an administrative professional to join our team at Goodhew Gardens and Bay Breeze Residential care facility.
The role aims to provide efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth operations.
This is a permanent position based at Taren Point.
Key Responsibilities- Complete general administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, emailing, and mail distribution.
- Maintain and improve administrative procedures and systems.
- Organise meetings, events, and functions as required.
- Process work orders and supply orders in a timely manner.
- Update resident files according to guidelines.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of administrative records and databases.
- Provide a professional service at the reception desk.
- Assist with basic financial processes as directed by the Retirement Living Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
