About the Role

Southside Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and administrative professional to join our client's team in Taren Point. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the office and management team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to queries
  • Managing the email inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Meeting and greeting customers that visit the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Cleaning of the boardroom and kitchen areas
  • Assisting with processing orders using MYOB
  • Upkeep of office supplies and ensuring that the office is well-stocked
  • Scanning and document filing
  • General administration duties as required
About You
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Confident in your approach to work and interacting with customers and staff
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Basic to Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge of MYOB is highly regarded
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
