We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Southside Staffing. This permanent full-time opportunity will provide essential administrative support to the office and management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the office and management team
- Managing email inbox and responding to inquiries
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Cleaning of boardroom and kitchen
- Assisting with processing orders using MYOB
- Upkeep of office supplies
- Scanning and document filing
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Professional personal presentation
- Confident in approach to work and interacting with customers and staff
- MS Office and Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
- MYOB skills
