About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Southside Staffing. This permanent full-time opportunity will provide essential administrative support to the office and management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the office and management team
  • Managing email inbox and responding to inquiries
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Cleaning of boardroom and kitchen
  • Assisting with processing orders using MYOB
  • Upkeep of office supplies
  • Scanning and document filing
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Confident in approach to work and interacting with customers and staff
  • MS Office and Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
  • MYOB skills
