This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Human Resources Business Partner at TAFE Queensland, the largest and most experienced Vocational Education and Training provider in the State.

As HRBP, you will be working closely with managers to provide support and advice on human resource management functions. This role requires highly developed written communication skills, experience in research and investigations, and preparing confidential reports and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and experience collaborating in a multi-faceted team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level advice and support to managers on informal and formal performance management processes
  • Manage human resource cases including employee complaints, discipline, and performance matters
  • Develop and coordinate effective recruitment and selection strategies and processes
  • Prepare written reports and briefings on human resource matters
  • Encourage best practice HR services and maintain high levels of communication with stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning processes and committees
Requirements:

Desirable Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in Human Resources, business, organisational development, or related disciplines
