Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality briefings to support relevant Ministers at Cabinet meetings, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared.
  • Coordinate and quality check Ministerial submissions, briefs, and correspondence to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in task management, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Develop strategic awareness of the department's role and its linkages, fostering a deep understanding of the organization's position within the broader context.
