A respected global player in the logistics sector is seeking a skilled HR professional to support both leadership and frontline teams.

The Role

We are seeking a confident Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and staff, providing practical advice on workplace matters, overseeing compliance, and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and workplace matters
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and maintain HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver inductions, training, and awareness programs to staff
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Law, or a related field (advantageous)
  • Previous HR generalist experience, ideally within blue-collar industries
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and delivering training to groups
