Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership and support to ensure the effective management of the school's financial, physical, and human resources.

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality education to every child in our school.
  • The Manager will work collaboratively with staff to provide the conditions for success for every child.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Management
  • Providing comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components: financial, physical, and human resources.
  • Supervising school support staff and guiding them in administration tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination.
  • Administering and reporting on the financial integrity of the school's business operations.
Strategic Planning
  • Developing Business and Marketing Plans with the Principal and Executive Management Team.
  • Monitoring the school's financial performance against these plans.
  • Participating in committees and working groups to align strategies with school-based and regional business targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and customer service principles.
  • Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and interpretation.
  • Sound human resource management skills, including developing and applying practices and systems.
