Leading Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to lead best practice HR services and drive initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.
About the role:
- Provide expert HR guidance to management and employees.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legislation.
- Deliver training, inductions, and HR education programs.
- Support compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and EBAs.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role working with blue collar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and provide pragmatic HR solutions.
- High attention to detail and autonomy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to deliver training sessions.
