About the Role:As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across a range of HR functions. Key duties include:
- Drafting and managing employment contracts
- Processing notices of separation
- Conducting NDIS worker screening checks
You will also be required to maintain accurate employee records and documentation, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and provide general HR administration support.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence in handling confidential information and HR documentation
- Familiarity with NDIS screening processes (Proda access highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
