Delivering Exceptional Care and Support

You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs. Our team is passionate about providing person-centred care that enables our participants to reach their goals and maximise their personal growth and independence.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Environment, providing 24-hour complex supports, community access and transport, domestic and personal care, and building on individual strengths to enable Participants to reach their goals through a person centred approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality support to participants with complex needs
  • Building relationships with participants and their families
  • Coordinating daily activities and supports
  • Managing participant records and documentation
  • Participating in regular training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Experience within the industry (disability, mental health, aged care, individual support, community services, or youth work)
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Orientation module
  • Current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
