Complex Needs Specialist

The Complex Needs Specialist will provide expert consultation and coordination services for individuals with complex support requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist consultation and coordination services, facilitating service planning for clients with complex needs.
- Develop strategic partnerships between departmental program areas and external service providers to enhance support provision for individuals with complex needs.
- Collaborate with service providers to design integrated responses and promote best practice in service delivery.
- Identify systemic gaps, risk factors, and training opportunities to improve service systems for clients with complex needs.
- Support the Area Client Support and Housing unit and represent the program in various settings.
Accountabilities:
- Offer authoritative advice and recommendations with a focus on specific program or area-based objectives, aligned with organisational goals and values.
- In collaboration with the relevant Manager, manage resource allocation and outputs within the work area to achieve service delivery targets and expectations.
