Disability Support Team Leader

This leadership role is focused on strengthening person-centred practices and building relationships with referral networks.

As a leader, you will work across multiple sites in Darwin and Palmerston, promoting services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.

You will also support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen person-centred practices, ensuring daily routines, communication, and activities are tailored to each client's preferences and goals.
  • Build effective relationships with referral networks and promote services to potential clients through community outreach and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to Residential Supervisors in areas such as payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Embed a strong culture and reinforce the importance of our values and health and safety protocols throughout the organisation.
