We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in line with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support in line with each client's goals.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support.
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration.
- Support clients with community involvement and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided.
- Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Manual handling training (preferred).
