We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Worker to join our team. As a Senior Case Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our Regional Manager by providing operational management and supervision to a team of Case Workers within a region.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the case work team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervision: You will provide guidance and support to Case Workers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Career Development: You will assist with career development opportunities for Case Workers, including training and professional development.
- Experience: We are looking for someone with extensive experience in case work and management.
- Qualifications: A degree in social work or a related field is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
