Job Title: Disability Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability Support Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.


Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of support workers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality services are delivered to participants.
  • Ensure participant satisfaction and engagement by regularly reviewing support plans, addressing service gaps, and implementing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor service quality, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and internal procedures.
  • Buld and strengthen stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, leading initiatives to enhance services and implement innovative models that support better participant outcomes and organizational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the disability sector.
