**Commercial Lending Role in Castle Hill**

">About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of our Small Business Banking team as a Commercial Lender. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for developing business relationships within your local community, providing premium services to clients, and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate excellent customer conversations to understand their goals and needs, providing timely and relevant solutions.
  • Engage proactively with customers to support their business and personal objectives.
  • Become a brand ambassador within the local business community, promoting our CBA business banking proposition and hosting events that support financial wellbeing.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings to build awareness of our Small Business service offering and foster referral partnerships.
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills (face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
  • Ability to facilitate conversations to understand customer needs, manage opportunities, and engage in proactive customer contact.
  • Passion for Small Business customers or experience in managing a Small Business.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
