We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lending Specialist to join our team in Castle Hill.

As a Senior Commercial Lending Specialist, you will be accountable for developing and executing business development strategies within your local community, fostering strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

  • Facilitate customer conversations to understand their business needs and provide relevant financial solutions.
  • Engage customers to support their business goals and objectives.
  • Build awareness of our commercial lending proposition through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
