The Company.

Our client is a high-profile National Healthcare provider with an extensive network of state-of-the-art medical facilities that service every state and territory.

The Role.

Joining a high-profile finance team at one of NSW's largest and most high-profile Private Hospitals, the Financial Analyst will provide financial partnership, advice and analysis to drive financial and commercial performance, along with strategic insight to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support the month end process including revenue reconciliations and accrual calculations.
  • Preparation of the weekly reforecast
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and weekly forecasts.
  • Report against budget /forecast and investigate reasons for variances.
  • Provide financial governance, including ensuring that accounting standards are appropriately applied and that financials represent a true and fair view of performance.
  • Support Business Case Development

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role, you'll have the following skills/experience:

  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
