Strategic Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Business Improvement Specialist to play a key role in our ERP Replacement Program team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with the business to align with ERP strategy, identifying and analysing areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Project Scoping and Documentation: Generating clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Consulting effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
- Technical Liaison: Liaising with technical resources, both internal and external, to monitor technical developments and ensure that key development milestones are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in business analysis, coupled with a passion for achieving high-quality business solution outcomes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify and analyse areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult effectively with various stakeholders.
