Business Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lender to join our team. This role involves providing tailored financial solutions to Australian small businesses, understanding their business and personal goals, and assisting them with end-to-end fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills, excellent customer engagement skills, and a passion for small business customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth journey to becoming Australia's biggest business bank. As a Commercial Lender, you will be accountable for business development within your local community and will support retention of client relationships by providing a premium service.
- Facilitate great customer conversations to understand customer goals and needs and provide relevant and timely solutions.
- Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.
- Be a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
- Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
- Passion for Small Business customers or experience in or managing a Small Business.
