Wellbeing Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. As a key member of our Lifestyle team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering dynamic wellbeing programs that promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Wellbeing team to develop and implement resident-centred wellbeing programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Utilize your creativity and expertise to design engaging activities and programs
  • Work closely with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful culture within the facility

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy) or progress towards qualification
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding and empathetic qualities
  • Organisation and time management skills
