About the Role

The Wellbeing Coordinator will lead the Wellbeing team to plan, design, and deliver varied resident wellbeing programs. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing team to design and deliver programs that promote physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Provide support and guidance to residents to help them achieve their wellbeing goals
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive community culture
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification
  • Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in providing Lifestyle programs for our residents
  • Understanding and empathetic qualities
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
  • Organisation and time management skills
