At Signature Care Operations, we're seeking a Wellbeing Program Coordinator to lead our Lifestyle team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering dynamic wellbeing programs that support our residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.

We're looking for someone with a qualification in Lifestyle (or diversional therapy), or progress towards qualification, who can bring creativity, compassion, and support to our residents. If you have a passion for leading by example, organisation, and time management skills, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Wellbeing Program Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, understanding their needs and preferences, and creating a safe and inclusive environment. You'll also be part of a collaborative team that offers a range of benefits, including salary packaging, above award salaries, and employee benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with the Lifestyle team to ensure a cohesive and effective wellbeing program
  • Providing support and guidance to residents, families, and staff
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellbeing programs
